Where duplicate accounts are identified, jli4 may consolidate, suspend, or permanently close such accounts and forfeit any bonuses obtained through the use of multiple accounts.
3.2 Accuracy of Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. jli4 is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player.
3.3 KYC Verification. In compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR requirements, jli4 implements a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Players must submit valid government-issued Philippine identification (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, or driver's license) before withdrawals are processed. jli4 may request additional documentation at any time.
3.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify jli4 immediately via live support or email if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. jli4 is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to safeguard your credentials.
3.5 Account Closure by Player. You may request closure of your jli4 account at any time by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion requests under the Responsible Gaming framework will be processed as described in Section 8.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. jli4 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and USDT (TRC20), subject to availability. All accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit is PHP 100, unless a specific promotion specifies a different threshold. jli4 reserves the right to modify minimum deposit amounts with reasonable notice.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification completion. Verified accounts may expect GCash and Maya withdrawals to be processed within 5–60 minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days. Processing times may vary during peak periods, public holidays, or system maintenance.
4.4 Withdrawal Restrictions. jli4 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification, satisfaction of applicable bonus wagering requirements, or where fraud or money laundering is suspected. In cases of suspected fraud, jli4 may retain funds for up to 180 days pending investigation and may report the matter to relevant Philippine authorities.
4.5 Player Funds. Deposited player funds are held separately from jli4's operational funds. jli4 does not use player funds for operational expenses.
4.6 Currency and Exchange. All transactions on jli4 are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Any currency conversion costs resulting from a player's payment method or financial institution are the sole responsibility of the player.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free credits, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by jli4 are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements disclosed at the time of the promotion. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as "playthrough" requirements) that must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. jli4 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing offsetting bets, using strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or exploiting errors in game software. Any player found engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonus balance and associated winnings forfeited and may be permanently banned from jli4.
5.4 Promotional Eligibility. Promotions are available to eligible registered players unless otherwise stated. jli4 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice, where required for legal, regulatory, or technical reasons.
5.5 Bonus Expiry. Unclaimed or unutilized bonuses expire as specified in each promotion's terms. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

Where an account is closed due to a player's breach of these Terms, jli4 may forfeit any remaining balance after deducting costs associated with the breach investigation. In cases of account closure unrelated to player misconduct, jli4 will facilitate withdrawal of the verified account balance within a reasonable period.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jli4 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services, including but not limited to:
jli4's total aggregate liability to any player for any cause of action shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit jli4's liability for death or personal injury caused by its gross negligence, or for fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Philippine law.
All content on the jli4 platform — including but not limited to software, game code, text, graphics, logos, audio, and video materials — is the property of jli4 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international conventions.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any jli4 content without express prior written consent.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
In the event of a dispute between you and jli4, you agree to first attempt resolution through jli4's customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may submit the matter to the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
