§ 7 Data Retention
jli4 retains personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, subject to the following minimum retention periods required by Philippine law:
- KYC & Identity Documents: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, as required by AMLA and PAGCOR regulations.
- Financial Transaction Records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years following the date of the transaction.
- Active Account Data: Retained for the duration of the active account relationship and for five (5) years following account closure.
- Support Communications: Retained for three (3) years from the date of the last interaction, unless a longer period is required for dispute resolution or legal proceedings.

§ 10 Minors & Age Restriction
The jli4 platform is strictly for individuals aged 21 years and above. jli4 does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 21 years of age. The 21-year minimum age requirement is a legal requirement under PAGCOR regulations governing online casino gaming in the Philippines.
If jli4 discovers that personal data has been collected from an individual under 21, the relevant account will be immediately suspended, all deposits returned, and all collected personal data deleted within a reasonable timeframe, consistent with jli4's legal reporting obligations. § 11 International Data Transfers

International data transfers by jli4 are protected by contractual safeguards, including data processing agreements that require recipient organizations to maintain data protection standards equivalent to those required under Philippine law. jli4 will not transfer personal data to jurisdictions that do not provide adequate data protection standards without implementing appropriate additional safeguards.
§ 12 Changes to This Privacy Policy
jli4 may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data practices, regulatory requirements, or platform functionality. When material changes are made, jli4 will notify registered players via SMS to their registered Philippine mobile number, email notification (where provided), or a prominent notice on the jli4 platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.
The "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy indicates when the most recent revision was made. Your continued use of the jli4 platform after the effective date of any revised Policy constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
